The instructions tell your agent when and how to use the skill.
How to use it
Browse the public skills, or sign in to your library for skills shared with your GitHub account. Pick your agent, copy the install command, and run it in your project. The installer checks the package before writing files.
Public and shared skills
Public skills are listed here for anyone. Shared skills appear only in the signed-in library for people the owner has granted access to.
